The Isaiah 62 Global 21-Days of Prayer and Fasting (May 7-28, 2023)
Isaiah 62:6-7
"I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem;
they will never be silent day or night.
You who call on the Lord,
give yourselves no rest,
and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem
and makes her the praise of the earth."
A collaboration of several thousand ministries—including Lou Engle, Jason Hubbard, Mike Bickle—are calling 1 million believers to participate in a global solemn assembly (May 7-28) to fast in various ways and to pray in relation to Jesus and his people, the Jews (Matthew 2:2), in relation to Israel, his inheritance (Isaiah 19:25), to Jerusalem, the city of the great King (Matthew 5:35) and to ask Him to raise up 100 million intercessors for Israel according to His promise in Isaiah 62:6 to sovereignly “set,” “appoint,” or “mark” intercessors who will remind the Lord of His promises for Jerusalem until Jesus returns. We as a house of prayer want to be a part of it!
You are cordially invited to also do this here in the prayer house together with us!
From May 7th-28th we will pray for this initiative everyday at 12-1pm and 7-8pm at Jesus-House.
At any other hour there is of course the possibility to use the prayer rooms, especially the Israel Prayer Room.
These days will culminate on Pentecost Sunday, when we will pray for Jerusalem and Israel for the whole day along with more than 100,000 million intercessors worldwide (110cities.com). It will be a part of the weekend of worship and prayer that we organize from 26-28 May.
